We rent on a first come, first serve basis. We will not hold items. If you are calling last minute for a rental (same day) you must pay for the rental in full over the phone with a credit card.
•We require a 10% deposit of your rental total at time of booking. You can pay your deposit over the phone by credit card, paypal online or you can bring it in. We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, AMEX, Debit and Cash. We only accept checks from tax exempt organizations such as churches and schools. We will not hold items. Your deposit will be deducted from your overall total and the 90% balance is payable upon delivery of your item. Deposits are not refundable. If your event is cancelled due to inclement weather or any other reason, you have 180 days from the date of your original booking to reschedule. Products are based on availability. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We are required BY LAW to charge sales tax. We do not offer cash discounts.
Please note that the ground where the unit will be set up needs to be a smooth compatible surface such as grass or a hard top and not within 5 feet of any fixed object. It should be free of sharp objects, sticks, rocks, bricks and animal poop before we arrive and any overhead limbs should be trimmed as well. As safety is our main goal, we reserve the right not to set up a unit if conditions are not favorable or are hazardous. Most units are between 15 to 20 feet tall. We will not set up under low lying power lines. Once our delivery personnel has unloaded and started to set up, we will not move the unit (especially the big ones). So please make sure that where you want the unit is sufficient in space and meets the requirements. The units are way too heavy to be moving around the yard. If you are getting a big item, it is preferred we drive and drop. If we can not drive to the area and must cart it, the surface we are pulling the unit thru must be level. We cannot go up or down steps with any units. If the surface is not level, you may need to provide help getting it up a hill, thru the sand or over saturated squishy lawns.
Each unit is required to be on its own 110V (3 prong) outlet. Nothing else can be plugged into it as it WILL trip your breaker. The unit must be within 75 feet of a power outlet. Power is the responsibility of the renter. If you do not have a power source, you will need to have a generator or rent one from us.
Adult supervision is required at all times for all units. Never leave children unattended.
All riders must be removed and the unit deflated if winds are above 15mph.
We try to deliver our units to you at least 2 hours before your event starts. When possible we try to deliver all the units going to the same area around the same time. You may get your unit much earlier than your party time. We will pick the unit up after your party is over. Due to the size of most of these units, working in the dark is very difficult. Therefore, if your party is going past 8pm, you may opt to keep it later for rate of $25.00 per hour or overnight for an overnight fee (25.00 for moonwalks & 75.00 for slides, obstacles & interactives) otherwise, we will have the unit picked up before 8pm. Special exceptions are made for commercial events.
We do not offer refunds or rain checks if the units are not used for any reason. You have the option to cancel before the units are set up. If you decidde to take the unit and do not get to use it because of the rain, no refunds.
If you are setting up in a park, make sure you have notified the parks and recreation department of your intent to have an inflatable and check for a power source. Some parks require to be listed as an additional insured on our insurance. We do not charge an additional fee for this. We need to be notified at least 1 week in advance so we can get the proper paperwork to the parks department. In addition, the same goes for apartment complexes and homeowners associations.
